Description

Swimming lessons given by a team of state certified lifeguards for children or adults wishing to learn or perfect their swimming in a safe and preserved environment. 30 minute lessons for 2 -4 pupils of similar ability in a private heated pool. Non- swimmers will learn to swim on their front and back and take the 25m swimming exam. They will improve their independence in the water and be able to swim on their back. Technical improvement for swimmers (crawl, breaststroke, backstroke and butterfly.)
