On the Landes South Coast, seafood is one of our tasty specialities. Oysters from Hossegor’s lake are a great addition to a seafood platter bursting with mussels, whelks, prawns, crab and lobster. You must also try a “parrillada” in one of our fish restaurants, a mixed grill including hake, sea bass, monkfish and tasty “chipiron” or squid, fresh from Capbreton port. (You can also try the tasty Adour salmon or one of our many other types of river fish.) Fish, shellfish and crustaceans will offer your taste buds salty new sensations.
