Our villa, with heated swimming pool, is located in a gated complex, where the terraces and gardens give everyone their own space. It is close to Moliets beach, a golf course, tennis courts and cycle paths. Chênes-Lièges beach, which can only be accessed on foot or by bike, can also be easily reached, meaning you have access to a beautiful, quieter beach.
We have created a comfortable, well-equipped and bright villa. Surrounded by an enclosed garden, it has a partially shaded terrace with a grill, parasol and teak furniture. South/south-west facing, with views of the pine trees, the sunshine is optimal and the external lighting gently takes over for pleasant evenings around the pool. 3 adult bikes are available. Small dogs are welcome. The villa benefits from wifi, a secure garage and a parking space. All that’s missing is you!
